Please Note:  While directives from the Quebec Ministry of Health dictate, a supplementary COVID cleaning fee will apply.  See bottom portion of this table.  As soon as cleaning regulations are lifted, this fee will be discontinued.

Definitions relevant to above table Non-Profit A registered non-profit organization with a registration number, board of directors and by-laws.
Neighbourhood Individuals A person booking on behalf of themselves for a personal activity with no fee charged to attendees (egs. birthday parties, anniversaries).
Cleaning Deposit 50$ For bookings where cleaning may be required between tenants eg. Parties, performances where food or beverages will be served, art/arts and crafts classes. Fee to be determined in coordination with the Tenant Coordinator.
Volume Discounts 15% on bookings of 20-34.5 hours over the Fall-Winter (Sept 1 – Dec 31) or Winter-Spring (Jan 1 – June 30) periods
25% on bookings of 35 hours or more over the Fall-Winter (Sept 1 – Dec 31) or Winter-Spring (Jan 1 – June 30) periods
30% on bookings of 50 hours or more over the full booking season (Sept 1 to June 30)
Multiple Rooms Discount 50% off the regular rate of a second, third, etc.  room booked for the same time period.  Eg. Sunshine room used as a performance Green Room.

Regular Tenants

The COVID Cleaning fee will be determined based on the actual time it takes to clean the first time.  This fee will be applied to subsequent uses.  Any change to the cleaning requirements by the government will initiate a review of this fee.  We anticipate that fees will range from $20 to $50. Due to Covid 19 regulations, spaces must be cleaned after each use to ensure they are ready for the next group to use.  To ensure this is done effectively for the safety of all, Grace United staff will do all cleaning.
One-time Tenants The COVID Cleaning fee will be determined based on the actual time it has taken to clean following the activities of a similar nature.  Each activity/booking will be assessed independently.  Please contact the Tenant Coordinator for a quote on the COVID cleaning fee for your particular activity. eglisegracerentals@gmail.com
